(Disconnects) are being processed in your service area this week. If you have a
PAST DUE BILL (Red Reminder Notice), a BALANCE FORWARD on your current
statement, AND/OR you have been DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT, please contact
our office at 479-968-6268 during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00
am-5:00 to pay your bill, DO NOT attempt to pay online. You will be required to
pay all fees* associated with the shut off in OUR OFFICE before you will be
reconnected. *Delinquent bill plus a $25.00 reconnect fee and an additional
meter deposit (if required) must be paid in full before service will be
WARNING: Anyone found tampering with
a meter after it has been locked for non-payment will be subject to a $100.00
If you are having an issue making credit/debit card payments, please refer to
the instructions below.
Clear your browsing cache: This can be done by going to the top
right of your browser and selecting the three dots. Go to the settings and find
Security and Privacy (Wording for this tab may change depending on the
browser). Go to the section in the tab where it allows you to clear browsing
data. Make sure you do not have the portal open before performing the next
step. Click clear browsing data and set the time range to all time. Make sure
Cached images and files is selected. Clear data.
*If you are on a computer when running into these issues, you
may be able to resolve it by pressing ctrl and F5 at the top of the keyboard at
the same time.

browser that is not Google Chrome, try installing it and making the payment
